Watermelon is one of the most popular fruit in whole world and it's because of its uniqueness, the color, shape and its delicious taste, that every child love.
Even adults love to eat this watermelon because it is juicy and sweet that is why Jimmy's Bakery in Yilan country of North Eastern Taiwan created a square watermelon bread, also knows as "Watermelon Toast".
The owner of the bakery said that he made this watermelon bread to get kids excited about eating bread during summer.
This bread is really look presentable and delicious because of its colors that make it rare, the bread contains three colors and as the owner said they used powdered tea for the green, cherries for the red and bamboo charcoal for the black.
